This winter we have seen snow and plenty of it; the ground is covered and it is a winter wonderland. As a family that enjoys the outdoors, nothing could be better than a gigantic storm piling feet of snow in our backyard to play in.
As for our family pet, this snow can bring it's own share of challenges. We pack the snow with snowshoes just for our four legged friend to excuse herself outdoors. And we explore different options to keep her warm and protected from the elements, as her paws always seem to be uncomfortable as they heat up quickly, with snow clumping between her toes. Yesterday, we invested in her very first pair of Ruffwear® Grip Trex, her new stylish, doggie booties. Looking forward to our next play-day outdoors, seeing how she does getting through the packed trails.
